After a while, he spotted a pitcher with water in it. The problem was, the water level was too low, and he couldn’t reach it with his beak. But our clever crow had an idea! He flew up to a nearby hill, picked up a pebble with his beak, and dropped it into the pitcher. Then, he went back to the hill, grabbed more pebbles, and kept dropping them into the water.

He repeated this until the pebbles filled up the pitcher, raising the water level. Finally, the water reached the top, and the crow was able to satisfy his thirst. He happily drank the water and flew away, feeling smart and satisfied.

Try Try again Story

Once upon a time in Scotland, there was a king named Robert Bruce. He had a tough time when he was defeated by the English, and he had to run away to save himself. The English soldiers were chasing him, so he found a hiding spot in a cave.

While he was hiding in the cave, something interesting happened. He noticed a little spider that fell from its web. The spider didn’t give up; it tried to climb back to its web over and over again, but it kept falling. Nine times it tried, and nine times it failed. The king thought the spider would give up, but to his surprise, it tried once more, and this time it succeeded in reaching its web.

This sight gave King Robert Bruce a new sense of hope. He thought, “If this tiny creature can keep trying and eventually succeed, why shouldn’t I try again and succeed?” With renewed determination, he left the cave, gathered a strong army, and went on to fight the English once more. This time, they fought courageously and managed to defeat the English.

And so, the story teaches us that persistence and determination can lead to success, no matter how small or big the challenges are.

Moral:

  • Try, Try again
  • Never lose heart
